Exhibits Only Invitations

Now you have two convenient ways to invite your best customers to attend the Woodworking Machinery and Supply Expo FREE OF CHARGE.

Mail them: Show Management recently mailed you a supply of "Exhibitor VIP Invitations". These printed promotion pieces can be personalized with your company name and booth number. Mail them to your customers to register at no charge. Island exhibitors occupying 20x20 or larger booth spaces will receive 300 of these valuable coupons to distribute. Linear space exhibitors will receive 100 coupons to distribute to their customers. If you are interested in receiving more, please email your desired quantity to Fred Champagne at wms@heiexpo.com. Quantities are limited. (Note: Exhibitors outside of North America will not receive the printed invitation due to time constraints with shipping. Please use the Email version outlined below.)

Email them: A timely and economical option for international exhibitors as well as any exhibitor that desires to invite a larger customer base is available online. Click here to download a PDF to the VIP Invitation. You'll find a VIP Invitation template which allows you to electronically add your company's name and booth number and save the invitation as a PDF file ready to email to your customers.
